Shipping and Customer Care


Most items ship within 10 days of order.  If you need something faster, please inquire first.  Shipping cost will vary with order size - all packages are insured relative to cost and additional fees may apply.  We use either UPS or USPS priority mail, which you can choose in checkout.  All shipments are subject to payment in full by customer.


If you are dissatisfied with any item that you purchased online or wish to exchange it you may return it to Sway Into It for a store credit/exchange only under the following conditions, which are strictly observed:

  • Returns must be received within 7 business days of receipt.
  • Items must be without wear and in pristine condition.

All special order sales are final, including any alterations and/or modifications requested by customer. A special order includes any item(s) not in stock, which has to be made especially for the customer.

Shipping charges will be deducted from any credits.

All return shipments must be insured for the full dollar amount and shipped back via USPS or UPS with tracking.  Please inquire for return shipping address.

REPAIRS:  Please contact us with the specifics of your repair request.  The pieces are guaranteed for 90 days aside from trauma (being pulled, dropped etc).  Repair costs will be determined and quoted to the customer for approval.
